I believe this course is basically useful for everyone of us. No matter at what state you are at in your current life it helps clarify one's reality and offers very useful tools to reconnect and sharpen one's own inner compass in a compassionate and informative way. I read Hrund's book and intellectually know quite a lot about the research behind it, but I had a strong inner resistance to entering the exercises in the book. I found it very helpful to experience it in a well structured community setting.

Hrund and her methods have been gentle yet persistent guides. They held space for developing intuition and insight as ways of re-aligning my being and doing in the world. Through weekly lessons and checkins, daily practices and a caring cohort, the course supported my explorations of presence, attention, connection and purpose. I gained several insights, references, creative and meditative exercises that can sustain my practice after the course ends, and act like handholds or lighting beacons amid uncertain times.

The Leading with Clarity course is designed with concise and engaging video introduction, clear and doable weekly exercises and support from Hrund on the weekly calls and in the discussion. I looked forward to each week's insights into InnSaie, and my experience of intuition deepened. The daily journaling and then using the journaling as a place to revisit and explore helped me to slow down my mind's desire to seek for inspiration outside my lived (and written) experience. I noticed I gained confidence in trusting the moment I was in to lead me forward.

You get back the sense of who you are as a person and become more grounded in this distracted world.

I like how you plan the whole course. All things where clear and organised. You contacted me by email often, it was good. No problem at all to understand the whole thing.

I actually really liked this course more than I expected. It wasn’t just conceptual—it was very practical, but in a subtle way. The biggest thing I got out of it was becoming aware of where my attention goes throughout the day and how much that actually shapes how I feel, my energy, and even my clarity. There were simple practices like journaling, attention tracking, and creating space (through things like limiting distractions or just being more present), but they had a bigger impact than I thought. I started noticing the difference between when I’m caught in rumination or numbing out versus when I’m more embodied and present—and how much clearer and calmer I feel in those moments. It also helped me connect more with my intuition, but not in a forced or “try to figure it out” way. More like… when I slow down and get out of my head, I can actually feel what’s true for me. That was probably one of the biggest shifts. I’d say it’s especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed, in transition, or like you’re overthinking a lot. It’s not about giving you answers, it helps you hear your own answers more clearly.
