After having had over 20 roles in sectors as varied as innovation, investment, sustainability, post-conflict reconstruction, the arts, film making, statistics, I decided to leave a successful job in Iceland, sell my house and invest my time and energy in bringing InnSæi out into the world.
This decision is based on over 20 years of real-world implementation with the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, in the private and public sector. I had built a university program recognised by the Nordic Council for being ahead of its time for the future of work, co-directed and written the documentary film InnSæi shown worldwide on Netflix and written my book InnSæi.
Since then, my book InnSæi is coming out in multiple languages across the world, I did a TED talk about it, and I've developed the InnSæi® practice and framework to I teach professionals and leaders to master their intuition, co-create the future and trust their judgement even in unpredictable times.
